I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Natalie, and I am writing to you on behalf of Wrightwood Little
League, a cherished institution in our small town that has been bringing joy to young athletes for almost
48 years.
As a non-profit organization, we rely heavily on the generosity of local businesses and community
members to sustain our league and provide a positive and enriching experience for our players. Over the
years, we have been fortunate to receive support from wonderful sponsors who understand the value of
youth sports in building character, instilling discipline, and fostering a sense of community pride.
However, we also recognize the strain that constant appeals for sponsorship can have on our local
businesses. That is why I am reaching out to you personally to explore the possibility of your support for
the upcoming 2025 season.
With last season’s fundraised funds, Wrightwood Little League was able to:
Replace aged netting in left field (safety equipment).
Purchase safety equipment and AED (automated external defibrillator), which was added to the
lower field snack shack.
Add T-Mobile Wi-Fi for enhanced snack bar operations, including ability to receive electronic card
payments.
Send Major girls’ softball to weekend tournament.
Fund All-Star Teams throwing clinics.
Purchase (3) new "Z" screens for upper and lower fields, as well as batting cages.
Add lights on upper field to expand practice field availability.
Purchase new PA system for lower field.
Purchase new pitch radar system.
For the upcoming season, we have ambitious plans to enhance the Little League experience for our
players. We are aiming to provide the following:
Update, Renovate or Replace scoreboard.
Improved dugouts to include shade and organization possibilities.
Updated to more modernized pitching machine equipment.
Improve bleachers for fans with shade.
Improve/Fix field watering pipes and capabilities to keep outfield green and safe.
Add additional dedicated areas for practice/warmups (upper field batting cage/bullpen).
Purchase one-way communication devices now allowable by Little League International.
While these are our goals for 2025, we have yearly needs that include: continuous field maintenance,
replacement of bases and posts, adding clay to fields and replenishing team gear bags with gear and
safety equipment.
Your sponsorship will make a significant impact and contribute to the overall success of Wrightwood Little
League. In return, we offer various advertising opportunities, including placement of your company logo
on our uniforms, banners on our fences throughout spring and fall, and acknowledgment in our Opening
Day Ceremony. We invite sponsors to set up tables and advertise at this important event.
