Dear Community Members and Business Owners,

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Stephanie, and I am writing to you on behalf of
Wrightwood Little League, a cherished institution in our small town that has been bringing
joy to young athletes for almost 47 years.

As a non-profit organization, we rely heavily on the generosity of local businesses and
community members to sustain our league and provide a positive and enriching experience
for our players. Over the years, we have been fortunate to receive support from wonderful
sponsors like yourself who understand the value of youth sports in building character,
instilling discipline, and fostering a sense of community pride.

However, we also recognize the strain that constant appeals for sponsorship can have on
our local businesses. That is why I am reaching out to you personally to explore the
possibility of renewing your support for the upcoming 2024 season.

With the previous year’s generous donations, we were able to rejuvenate our gear stock,
maintain our facilities, purchase safety equipment, outfit players with All Star uniforms, and
provide scholarships to players in need.

For the upcoming season, we have ambitious plans to enhance the Little League
experience for our players. We are aiming to provide the following.

• Replace aged netting in left field (required safety equipment).
• Update, Renovate or Replace scoreboard.
• Safety Equipment and AED (automated external defibrillator).
• Send Major girls’ softball to weekend tournament (if selected).
• Fund Coach and Manager Clinics.
• Add Wi-Fi for enhanced snack bar operations.

While these are our goals for 2024, we have yearly needs that include, continuous field
maintenance, replace bases and posts, add clay to fields and replenish team gear bags with
gear and safety equipment.

Your sponsorship will make a significant impact and contribute to the overall success of
Wrightwood Little League. In return, we offer various advertising opportunities, including
placement of your company logo on our uniforms, banners on our fences throughout spring
and fall, and acknowledgment in our Opening Day ceremony with the option to set up a
table and advertise.
